HandBrake 0.9.4 Description

HandBrake is an open-source, GPL-licensed, multiplatform, multithreaded application that enables you to convert any DVD video file to MPEG-4 in a very easy way. The program supports converting from any DVD-like source such as VIDEO_TS folder, DVD image or real DVD. It works both with encrypted or unencrypted DVDs, although protection methods other than CSS are not supported and must be handled externally with third-party software. The results are saved as MP4, AVI or OGM and the audio is encoded in AAC, MP3, Vorbis or AC-3 pass-through (supports encoding of several audio tracks).
